About the Position

Motala Verkstad is now looking to expand its team and is seeking an experienced production technician/programmer who wants to be a key person in their technical team. As a production technician at Motala Verkstad, you will play an important role in driving and developing their production. You will work with both technology and people and be part of a team that collaborates to find the best solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

Work to streamline production and develop our processes.
Program and optimize measuring machines to ensure the highest possible precision.
CNC programming in Mastercam.
Prepare in the business system Monitor.
Quality and sustainability.
Ensure that you work smart and resource-efficiently, both in terms of materials and energy.

Location: Motala
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Daytime, Monday – Friday
Start date: As agreed – preferably as soon as possible!

Your Profile

You are curious, analytical, and enjoy solving problems. You are a team player who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and be part of exciting technical development.

We would like you to have:

A technical education in production technology, mechanical engineering, or similar.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry – or a strong interest in learning.
Experience in programming and reprogramming measuring machines.
Knowledge and experience in preparing in the business system Monitor.
Experience with Mastercam and CNC programming.
The ability to read and interpret drawings.
